Lewis Alvin Fralish, Jr., died Friday, March 6, 2015. Lewis had the greatest opportunity to meet with the Lord. He will greatly be missed by all, which includes his loving mother, Linda B. Cassidy and step-father, James Cassidy of Lynchburg; his older sister, Sherry Lambert and brother-in-law, Gerald E. Lambert in Lynchburg; and a baby sister, Jerri C. Baker of Lynchburg.
He left behind a loving daughter, Sarah Fralish of N.C., and her mother Carie Thomas; three nephews, Tory Meeks, who was his best friend, Eric Farr and Chris Farr; two nieces, Kerri Goodman, and Lynn Waltor of Lynchburg.
Lewis was preceded in death by his father, Lew Senior of Lynchburg, and a brother, Terry Clements of Lynchburg.
Lewis was a hard worker, an inspiration to others, and worked hard to provide for his family. At a young age, he served in the Army as a medic. Lewis was a family man that enjoyed traveling and taking loved ones along. One of his favorite past times was playing golf. Lewis was a member of Tree of Life Ministry, he loved the Lord.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday, March 12, 2015, at Tree of Life Ministries. A Celebration of Lewis’ Life will follow at 6 p.m. with Pastor Mike Dodson officiating.
