Linda Lee Exum Conley, 63, passed away peacefully at home on September 6, 2017, with her husband Bobby Ray by her side.
Born January 16, 1954 in Kittery, Maine, Linda was a daughter of the late William Alston Exum and the late Barbara Smith Exum.
Linda lived a life of excitement and adventure before settling in Lynchburg, Va. in 1987. She was known for her magnetic personality, piano playing, and theater productions. Linda was the founder and creative director of Cherry Tree Players. She spent her later years spending time with family.
Linda is survived by her five children, Joe, Susan, Rachel, Katherine, and Jordon; her siblings, Barbara Susan Fitzpatrick and William Jordon Exum. She lives on through her ten grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 7, 2017 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Charley’s Restaurant, in Lynchburg.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Centra Hospice.
