Linda Gayle Wade Neighbors
Linda Gayle Wade Neighbors, 64, of Lynchburg passed away on Friday, January 10, 2014. She was the fiancée of George Mays for 26 years.
Linda was born in Lynchburg, on October 12, 1949, a daughter of the late Allen King Wade, Sr. and Fannie Cyrus Wade. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Robert Tomlin and sister-in-law, Jane Wade.
She is survived by her loving son, Phillip Neighbors; six siblings: Rodger Wade (Judy), Rena Mae Tomlin, Steve Wade, Sr., Cathy Hall (David), A.K. Wade Jr. (Linda), and Clifton Wade, also many nieces and nephews and Sammy her loving dog and best friend.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at Harvest Baptist Church.
