Lois Bryant Ayers, 83, of Lynchburg passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016 of COPD.
She was preceded in death by her husband Roy Wesley Ayers, and her sons; Randy E. Ayers and Roy W. Ayers, Jr.
Lois retired from the Tom Jones Drugstore and was a long time member of Thomas Road Baptist Church.
Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Dennis W. and Judy C. Ayers; son and partner, Charles A. Ayers and Arthur G. Fisher all of Lynchburg. Grandchildren, Shawn Ayers, Toy Eagle and her husband Kevin, Rodney Ayers and Lesia Crumpton. Numerous great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews including special nieces; Nancy Mcguire and Betty Martin.
A memorial service will be held at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 with the Rev. David Heerspink officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
