Lois T. Kendrick

Lois T. Kendrick, 92, of Bedford, passed away peacefully Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Cardinal Senior Living. Lois was a loving mother and wife, and a wonderful grandmother. She enjoyed dancing, singing and being with her family.

Lois was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Albert R. Kendrick, better known as Sam; her parents, Albert and Maggie Tuck; three sisters, and three brothers.

Lois leaves behind two sons, Albert Kendrick, Jr. and wife, Nancy, James Kendrick and wife, Carol; two daughters, Hilda Clemann and husband, Victor, Judy Rush and husband, Steve; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, and three brothers.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford. A celebration of Lois’ life will follow immediately at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2017 in the chapel of Tharp Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
