Lorraine Marie Shepley, 76, of Forest went home to be with her Lord, Monday, January 4, 2021. She was the devoted wife of Lawrence Harry Shepley for 57 years.
Lorraine was born in Waterbury, Connecticut on May 3, 1944 a daughter of the late Wilfred Plante and Germaine Dionne Plante. Lorraine was an active member of The Well Church in Lynchburg. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter Lisa D. Shetter and her husband Steven of Woodstock, VA, one brother Gene Plante and his wife Marge, two sisters: Dorothy Macareo and Claire Plante, one niece, and several nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Georgette Alvarez.
A Memorial Service for Lorraine will be held at 11:30 am. Sunday, January 17, 2021 at The Well Church in Lynchburg with Pastor Tom Bryant officiating.
