Lucy Ann Stilwell Merchant, 59, of Monroe, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018.
Lucy was born on June 17, 1958, in Lynchburg, a daughter of Patsy Stilwell and the late Vincent Stilwell, Sr.
Along with her mother, Lucy is survived by her son, Brent Stilwell; her daughter, Layne Martin (Mike); two grandsons, Devin and Peyton Martin; her brother, Vince Stilwell; her sister, Laura Fox (Lloyd); her nieces and nephews: Greg Brown; Phillip Brown (Amanda) and their children, Ayden and Jayce; Jami Graham (Brad); Chris Stilwell (Samantha) and their children, Brayden and Corbin; Emili Stilwell and her daughter, Madison; and many other relatives and close friends.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home, Madison Heights.
