Lula Rowland Marshall, 90, of Lynchburg passed away Thursday, June 25, 2015 at her home with her loving family at her side.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, William Henry Marshall; a daughter, Joan Mayhew Easterling of Cheraw, S.C.; two grandchildren, Crystal Mayhew McQuage and husband Jason of Southport, N.C., Rebecca Mayhew Cassidy of Cheraw, S.C.; one great-grandson, Johnathan Taylor Cassidy of Cheraw, S.C.
She was the daughter of the late Zacariah Taylor Rowland and Libbie Rowland. She was preceded in death by a son, Jackie Taylor Mayhew; six sisters; one brother.
A memorial service will be held in the Chapel of Tharp Funeral Home, 220 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg, Va. 24502 at 11 a.m., Monday, June 29, 2015.
