Macon Thomas "T" Childress III

Macon Thomas “T” Childress III, 58, of Amherst, Virginia passed away on October 11, 2024. Born on May 22, 1966 in Lynchburg, VA he was the son of the late Macon Thomas Childress, Jr. and Glenda Gayle Childress. 

In addition to his mother, Macon Childress is survived by his brother Michael T. Childress, his sister and her husband Sherry and Steven Clay, his son Damon Childress, his niece and her husband Gabrielle and Daniel Ferguson, his nephew and his wife Andrew and Dalana Clay, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to assist with his funeral and other final expenses. Macon’s niece, Gabrielle Ferguson, will coordinate the collection efforts.
