Mandy Ellar Miller Rhodes departed this life on January 21, 2017, at her residence in Evington, Va. She was predeceased by her parents, Robbie Bell and Granville Miller, and her husband, William Anthony Rhodes.
She is survived by two sons, Thomas Miller (Tina) and William Anthony Rhodes; two daughters, Wilma Jean Rhodes and Theresa Rhodes; four brothers, Henry Miller, Ray Brown, Silas Miller, and Wayne Miller; one sister, Maxine Brown; thirteen grandchildren; lifetime friend, Katie McDaniel; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of Mandy’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2017 at Tharp Funeral Home, Lynchburg. The family will receive friends an hour prior. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
