Margaret Sprenger Dufresne age 76, of Amherst, VA, died Friday, October 26, 2018, at Fairmont Crossing.
Margaret was an Artist, loving all forms of art, but was well known for her beautiful murals. She was a member of Westminister Presbyterian, Greensboro.
Born June 12, 1942 in Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John Sprenger and Rosemary Sprenger.
She is survived by her daughter, Kelli Hollowell and her husband Dennis, four grandchildren, Ian Silver Hollowell, Daniel Hollowell, Michelle Hollowell and Cheyenne Hollowell, two great-grandchildren Lucus Duggins and Jada Travis, a brother Bill Sprenger and a host of friends.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 03, 2018, at Westminister Presbyterian Church, Greensboro, NC.
In Lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions be made to: Habitat for Humanity, 1117 Virginia St., Lynchburg, VA 24504 or Centra Hospice, 1920 Atherholt Rd, Lynchburg, VA. 24501.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Madison Heights, is assisting the family.
