Margaret Ann Scott

Margaret Ann Scott, 77, of Goodview passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, January 26th, 2024. She was born on April 9,1946 to the late John Everette Alls and Christine Alberta Ellefritz Alls . A native of Virginia she was the wife of the late Mitchell Franklin Scott.  In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother, John Wayne Alls of Roanoke Virginia.

She was a foster mother to many children and was a member of Goodview Baptist Church.

 She is survived by three daughters and eight grandchildren. She is also survived by her loving sister, Brenda Powers of Salem, her loving brother, Floyd Alls of Roanoke and her nephew, Steve Whorley and wife Judy. She also leaves behind her sweet little dog Molly.

 A memorial service will be 11am February 8, 2024, at Goodview Baptist Church with Pastor Joey Phillips officiating. All are welcome. Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford. (www.tharpfuneralhome.com)
