Margaret Virginia Mitchell

Margaret Virginia Caldwell Mitchell, 89, peacefully went to her eternal home on Friday, March 9, at Centra Guggenheimer Health & Rehabilitation. She was the wife of Walter Lee Mitchell for 43 years.
Born Monday, May 07, 1928 in Campbell County, VA, Margaret was a daughter of the late Samuel Arthur Caldwell and Eunice May Caldwell Franklin
In addition to her parents, Margaret was preceded in death by a brother, Lyle O. Caldwell and two sisters, Elva C. Witt and Christine C. Layne.
In addition to her husband, Margaret is survived by a brother, Rev. Samuel F. Caldwell; a sister, Mary C. Ewers, and many dear nieces and nephews.
Margaret retired from General Electric with 27 years of service.
A Celebration of Margaret’s life will be held on, (date, time), at Bethany UMC with the Rev. Jennifer V. Moore officiating.
