Marian Bazewicz Lagasse

Marian Bazewicz Lagasse, 92, of Roanoke, Virginia passed away on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. She was the loving wife of the late Virgil Ernest Lagasse and daughter of the late Onufry Bazewicz and Mary Wengrowski Bazewicz.

She was born on August 1, 1932, in Hazleton, Pennsylvania and was a member of the Basilica of Saint Andrew.

Marian enjoyed spending time with family, reading, puzzles and games of chance.

She is survived by her children, Mary (Glenn) Dugan and Martin Lagasse; grandchildren, Nick (Caley) Dugan, Kevin (Courtney) Dugan, Michael Gordon, Brittney (Ben Noeson) Gordon, Sheryl (Alex) Velez, Wayne Lagasse; and great-grandchildren, Harper, Lily & River Dugan, Kennedy & Cailyn Dugan, Mia, Jaden & Junie Estremera.

In addition to her husband, parents and all her siblings, Marian is preceded in death by her daughter Michelle Lagasse Gordon.
