Mary Boaze Crist

Mary Crist of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away on November 23, 2015 in Tempe, Arizona. Mary Lemma Boaze was born in Halifax County, Virginia on April 12, 1920. Mary was married to the late George Woodrow Crist for sixty-eight years. They were married on December 16, 1937 in the Fairview Christian Church where they were life-long members. Mary volunteered at Lynchburg General Hospital for fifty-five years. She loved to help others and travel with her sister Birdie Settle. Mary is now laid to rest next to her late husband at Fort Hill Memorial Park.
