Mary Dooley Tuck
Mary Dooley Tuck, 89, of Lynchburg, died Monday, March 29, 2010. She was the wife of the late Aubrey Thurston Tuck.
Mary was born Saturday, July 31, 1920 in Lynchburg, a daughter of the late Aubrey Clarence Dooley and Goldie Turner Dooley. She was a member of Chestnut Hill Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher in the Primary Dept. for many years.
She is survived by her brother, William A. Dooley and wife, Alice; her sisters-in-law, Doris H. Dooley and Helen S. Dooley, all of Lynchburg; and many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, A. Mark Dooley and Paul F. Dooley; and her sister-in-law, Erna T. Creasy.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 1, 2010 in Spring Hill Cemetery with Rev. Becky Cloud officiating.
