Mary Elizabeth Proctor
Mary Elizabeth Proctor, 90, of Evington, died Thursday, April 18, 2013. She was the widow of Ras Proctor.
Born January 25, 1923 in Erwin TN, she was the daughter of the late Henry Clay Moore and Ada Chapman Moore. She was retired from Churchland High School Cafeteria in Portsmouth, Va.
Mary is survived by her daughter Linda Johnson of Lynchburg, grandson Timmy Johnson (Evita) of Altavista, granddaughter Debbie Hubbard (Mitch) of Forest, and 4 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by all her brothers and sisters.
The family will receive friends at the home of Debbie and Mitch.
Burial will take place at a later date in Portsmouth, Va.
Tharp Funeral Home and Crematory, Lynchburg (434-237-9424) is assisting the family.
