Mary Ruth Belcher, 86, of Bedford, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Carriage Hill.
Born November 19, 1930, in Grundy, she was the daughter of the late Wallace and Nell Robinson Belcher. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, George and Robinson Belcher.
Visitation will be Friday, December 30, 2016 from 4 until 6 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home.
Burial is private.
