Mary Ruth Mosley Brown

Mary Ruth Mosley Brown, 91, of Coleman Falls, died Thursday, October 2, 2014 in Virginia Baptist Hospital. She was the wife of the late James Frank Brown for 62 years.
Mary was a member of Big Island Baptist Church, she loved the Lord and she enjoyed reading her bible every day.
Mary is survived by her two daughters; Barbara Newman and her husband, Daniel, and Fran Carter; seven grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Big Island Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Watkins and Rev. Bryon LePere officiating. Interment will follow in Big Island Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday, October 4, 2014 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Tharp Funeral Home in Bedford.
