Melanie Louise Dudash

Melanie Louise Dudash , 64, of Moneta, VA, died Thursday, August 19, 2010 at her residence.  Born Monday, February 18, 1946 in Cincinnati, OH, she was a daughter of the late Cory Virgil Christian and Helen J. DeLarbre Christian.

She was a member of The Women of the Moose, Lodge # 1951 Smith Mountain Lake who will miss her dearly. She enjoyed spending time at her log cabin with her loved animals. In addition to her parents, Melanie  was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Dudash.

 Melanie is survived by one son Andrew Ross and his wife Tatiana of Temecula, California ; one daughter Jeanine Lynn Goss of  Munich Germany ;two grandsons and one granddaughter.

A  celebration of Melanie's life will be conducted at 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at Tharp Funeral Chapel.
