Melissa was born Saturday, December 3, 1966 in Lynchburg, VA. She was a daughter of the late Mavin Dillard and Alice Panell.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children, Eiysha Dillard and Marvin Dillard; mother-in-law, Frances Beverly.
Milissa was a charismatic, joyful, and kind-hearted woman. She loved to help others and make others laugh. She lived life to the fullest!
