Mildred R. StClair, 89, passed away on January 20, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil StClair. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie (Jerry) Helms, Lori (Tim) Taylor; Grandchildren, Angela Helms, Dustin Helms, Brant StClair, Sam Taylor, Luke Taylor (Katlyn Mossor); Great-Grandchildren, Emma and Brynleigh Mossor. Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Roanoke, is assisting the family.
