Moses C. Tyree
Moses C. Tyree (Moe), 71 of Lynchburg, VA went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 12, 2013.
He was the son of the late Moses and Lottie Tyree. He is survivied by his loving wife of 52 years, Juanita D. Tyree; three children: Judy Cooper (Jerry), Mark Tyree (Angela), and Grey Tyree (Goldie); five grandchildren: Jennifer Cooper, Jonathan Cooper, Jamie Cooper, Cody Tyree and Jacob Granzon Tyree; four great-grandchildren and one on the way. He was also survived by one sister: Shirley Litchford and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers and one grandson: Aaron Granzon Tyree.
He was a member of Bucks Only Hunting Club where he was known as "Coffeman" He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved the Lord.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 15, 2013 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Tharp Funeral Home and Crematory, 220 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg, VA. 24502. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 16, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Clearview Baptist Church, 2183 Sunnymeade Road, Rustburg, VA 24588.
