Nancy Lee Bergh, 79 of Wirtz, passed away on, Thursday, December 24, 2015 at her residence. She was born in Brooklyn, NY on October 28, 1936, a daughter of the late Albert Kelhetter and Alice Olsen Kelhetter.
Nancy was a homemaker raising her four children. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She also loved going bird watching and learning all the different species. Nancy and her husband Neal enjoyed following the NASCAR sprint cup series every weekend and following the Hendrick Motorsports franchise that their son Steve works for.
She is survived by her loving husband, Neal C. Bergh; four children, Stephen Bergh and his wife, Nettie, Susan Bergh, Karen Poklikuha and her husband, Paul and Ellen Charters; six grandchildren, Christopher, Chuck, Shannon, Stephen, Jr., Ashley and Thomas; one sister, Judy Colucci and her husband, Bob; cousin, Carol Sorensen; brothers-in-law, George Bergh and Dr. Ivan Carrasquillo also numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

A celebration of life and memorial service will be conducted on May 21, 2015. There will be an obituary in the near future with the time and place of funeral. Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Smith Mountain Lake is assisting the family.
