Nancy Elizabeth Lough Fulmer, 85, of Hartwood, VA went to be with her lord while surrounded by her loving family on October 14, 2013. Born in Clifton Forge, Virginia on August 13, 1928; daughter of the late Guy Evans Lough and Frances K. McDonald. In addition to her parents Nancy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert Glenn Fulmer; a son, Glen E. Fulmer; a great-grandson, Nathan Chris Baker; one brother, Lewis \"Buddy\" Lough and one sister, Mary \"Biddy\" Rubel.
Nancy was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Hartwood, VA, where she was very active in the lady\"™s ministry. She loved to play her organ and listening to music from her antique Player Piano. She also enjoyed fishing, sewing and looking through her old family photos.
Nancy is survived by three children, Gary E. Fulmer, Chris A. Fulmer and his wife, Connie, and Janine K. Waldman and her husband, Steven; a daughter-in-law, Carol Fulmer; 9 grandchildren, Kimberly, Jonathan, Courtney, Kathryn, Chris, Jennifer, Joshua, Colleen and Erin; 19 great-grandchildren; also numerous nieces, nephews and many friends.

A Celebration of Nancy\"™s life will be conducted at 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Grace United Methodist Church, 13505 Elk Ridge Road, Hartwood, VA 22406, with Rev. Brenda Pusso officiating. Family will receive friends one hour prior. The burial will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, October 18, 2013 at Mt. Comfort Cemetery in Alexandria, VA.
