Pamela Jo White, 66, of Lynchburg, died Friday, May 14, 2010.
Pamela was born Sunday, June 20, 1943 in Lynchburg, VA, a daughter of Josephine Patterson White of Lynchburg and the late Robert Erwin White. She retired from Appomattox County Schools. Pamela also taught in Bedford County, Lynchburg City and Baltimore County Schools. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Beta Sigma Phi, Who\"™s Who in American Education, Who\"™s Who in Elementary Education, KAT, AKR and Honor Societies in Education.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her brother: Michael Erwin White and his wife, Christine; nephew, Nicholas Erwin White all of Roswell, GA.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a sister: Anne Elizabeth White.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 pm on May 17, 2010 at Fort Hill Memorial Park with Monsignor J. Kenneth Rush, Celebrant.
