Patricia Ann Scott Clemmons, 75, of Lynchburg, passed away on January 8, 2018 at Centra Lynchburg General. She was born on March 12, 1942 in Lynchburg, VA. A daughter of the late Clarence Thomas Scott, Sr. and Annie Louise Sharp Scott. In addition to her parents Pat was preceded in death by her late husbands, George Russell Hawkins, Sr., James W. Dowdy and Calvin Clemmons; one sister, Ruth Burford.
Patricia was a Godly woman who loved her Lord. She was the owner operator of La Maison D’ Antiques. She loved shopping, watching T.V. and going out to eat. Patricia loved her family and spending time with them. Some of her favorite times were spent at the Clemmons Lake at Ivy Creek Park.
Patricia is survived by three children, Rusty Hawkins, Jr. and wife, Donna, Alison Dowdy-Lippert and husband, Richard and Asa Scott Dowdy, Sr. and his special friend, Tammy Gordon; six grandchildren, Bryan Howell and his wife, Deven, Heather Hawkins, Rusty Hawkins, III, Tommy Hawkins, Asa Dowdy, Jr. and Taylor Dowdy; one great-grandchild, Katie; two brothers, Clarence T. Scott, Jr. and Eddie Jones and wife, Suzanne; special brother-in-law, Warner Burford; nephew, Van Burford also several nieces, nephews and many friends.
