Patricia Loraine Collins Quick, 83, of Hardy passed away peacefully at her home with her family surrounding her on Tuesday, October 16, 2018. She was the loving wife of Jackie Lee Quick.

 

Born in Cooks Mill, Illinois on June 22, 1935 she was a daughter of the late Noah Lloyd Collins and Thelma Inez Huckstep. She is also preceded in death by a granddaughter: Courtney Quick and a grandson: Christopher Chaney.

 

Patricia retired from the medical field as a secretary for Dr. Daniel Kraft. She was involved in the Chestnut Creek Neighbors Club and was a member of Hales Ford Baptist Church.

 

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son: Mark Lloyd Quick and wife, Cindy; daughters: Pamela Jean Daly and husband, John, Jacqueline Lea Baker, Janet Yvonne Smith and husband, Chester; grandchildren: Travis, Mark, II., Kimberly, Matthew, Crystal, Chad, Kevin, Scott and Michael; great-grandchildren: Corey, Kristin, Sydney, Jayden, Kollin, Sage, Brandon, Lily,  Abigail; sisters: Bonnie Cox, Doris Carver and husband, Phil; and a number of nieces and nephews.

 

A funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Friday, October 19, 2018 at Hales Ford Baptist Church with Rev. Melvin Harris officiating.  Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
