Patricia Joan Sutch McGuigan

Patricia Joan "PJ" McGuigan, age 61, of Clifton & Smith Mountain Lake, VA, passed away on June 6, 2024. She was born on March 29, 1963, in Hollidaysburg, PA. She was a graduate of Hollidaysburg Area High School, class of 1981. She was the daughter of Tom & Judy Sutch.
 
 Patricia, known affectionately as "PJ," was a devoted wife, mother, and cherished member of her family.
 
 PJ was an exemplary mother, known for raising her sons with love and dedication. Her husband, Jack, always praised her as the heart of their family. She possessed a selfless nature, always putting her loved ones first and making countless sacrifices for their happiness.
 
 In her leisure time, PJ found joy in the simple pleasures of life. She adored her dogs (Bentley, Lola, & Brandy), found peace spending time on the water, and cherished family gatherings. Pinochle was a favorite pastime that brought her closer to her loved ones.
 
 PJ is survived by her loving husband, Jack; sons, Johnny, Brian, and Willy; mother, Judy Sutch; sisters, Terrie and Bonnie; brothers, Tom, Mike, and Jim (Carole). She was preceded in death by her father, Tom.
 
 PJ's kindness, warmth, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the love of those she held dear.
 
 A family only visitation will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2024 at 9 AM at St. Timothy's Catholic Church in Chantilly, VA. A memorial mass will follow, at 10 AM and all are welcome. Immediately after mass, there will be a graveside service at Stonewall Memory Gardens in Manassas, VA. A celebration of life will take place at Chantilly Country club at 1 PM.
