Patricia “Patti” Rae McCune, age 71, passed into eternal rest December 2, 2020 after a brief illness.
She was born in Denver, Colorado to LLoyd A. Slater and Mary M. Fry.
Patti Ringeisen was the beloved wife of James R. McCune. They were married in Austin, Texas, December 19, 1981. They raised five children: Colby Ringeisen, Jodie Ringeisen Goodman, Natalie McCune Hoebener, Kellyjean Ringeisen and Scott (Lisa) McCune.
Patti was schooled as a Process Engineer and worked for IBM for many years. She is survived by two brothers, one sister, nine grandchildren and one great grand child. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church of Concord, Virginia and Hill County Bible Church of Austin, Texas.
A Memorial service/visitation will be held Saturday, December 12, 2020 beginning at 2:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home, 220 Breezewood Dr. Lynchburg, Virginia. Memorials may be made to the Calvary Baptist Church, Concord, Virginia
