Paul O. Jacob
Paul O. Jacob, 52, of Bedford, passed away Friday August 10, 2012. He was born in Teaneck, NJ, a son of the late Oscar Henry Jacob and Doris Louise Bentley Jacob.
Paul was affiliated with the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah\"™s Witnesses, Bedford. He enjoyed history and collected many things throughout his life. He greatly enjoyed the outdoors and spent a lot of time photographing anything that caught his eye. He loved the mountains and lakes in upper state New York. Hiking, canoeing and fishing were how Paul and his wife preferred to spend their time. He also loved animals. Basset hounds and parrots were his faithful companions throughout his life.
Paul is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Cathy Ann Lammi Jacob; two daughters, Heather Marie Andersen and husband, Roy, of Bedford, Jessica Lynn Kraus and husband, Robert, of Hamilton, NJ; two grandchildren, Nicholas Paul Andersen and Madison Nichole Toscana, both of Bedford; a sister, Leah Ann Allsebrook of Stockton, CA; and one niece and one nephew.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford, on Saturday, August 18, 2012 at 2 p.m., with Brian Decker officiating.
