Paxton Leon Justin Glover was a beautiful, inspirational baby boy who passed peacefully in his sleep on August 9, 2021.
Paxton was born at UVA on February 9, 2021, to Jorden Carr and Mckale Glover of Amherst County. He was diagnosed with transposition of the great arteries among other heart defects.
Paxton defined strength and resilience. He overcame two surgeries in his first five months, while always maintaining a smile on his face. Paxton was so sweet and full of personality. He also loved to cuddle, adored music, and enjoyed spending time outside on the water.
He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Jorden Carr and Mckale Glover; grandparents, Casey Mays, Anthony Stinson, Jesse and Janie Glover; great-grandmothers, Ruth Wright and Anna Rye; great great-grandmother, Clara Epperson; as well as several loving uncles, aunts, great-uncles, great-aunts, and cousins.
His time here with us was a blessing to us all. Anyone who met Paxton was so blessed to have done so. He is loved by many and to say that he will be deeply missed is an understatement.
