Peter Brown Bumgarner
Peter Brown Bumgarner, 50, of Forest, died Friday, March 9, 2012. Born March 17, 1961; he was a son of the late Charles Edward Bumgarner and Fay Brown Bumgarner.
Peter retired from J. Crew of Lynchburg and completed the Administration of Justice program at CVCC. He was affiliated with The Kirk in Forest.
Peter is survived by his wife, Cynthia Bumgarner; daughter, Jessica Bumgarner; son, Jonathan Bumgarner; step-daughter Casey Patterson; step-son Cameron Patterson; sisters, Vicki Ryan and husband, Robert, Wanda Stewart and husband, John; brother, Charles Bumgarner Jr. and several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 PM, Monday, March 12, 2012 at The Kirk with the Rev. Al Stewart officiating. The family will receive friends at a reception following the service at The Kirk in Forest.
