Philip C. Frank died on July 30. He was born August 29, 1929 in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Since his retirement from the Federal government he has donated 27,000 hours of volunteer service at Virginia Baptist Hospital. Phil enjoyed travelling, opera, and was a talented carpenter.
He was predeceased by his son Eric Frank.
He is survived by his daughter Carin Walton and husband Michael of Calabash, N.C., son Arthur Frank and wife Diana of Frederick, MD., five grandchildren and five great grandchildren as well as his niece Barbara Corlett and her family of Raleigh, N.C. He is also survived by his special friend of many years Peggy Friend as well as by his former wife of forty seven years Margot Frank.
Memorials may be made to the Westminster-Canterbury Fellowship Fund or a charity of your choice.
Funeral services are private. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
