Phillip Henry Dugger, 73, of Roanoke passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Friendship Health & Rehab in Roanoke. He was born on May 17, 1945 in Lynchburg. A son of the late Phillip Henry Blackwell Dugger and Dorothy Godsey Torres. Henry was on the unload team at Kroger he was also a great handyman. He was a kind, happy go lucky gentleman who never met a stranger. He also loved the outdoors, going fishing and spending time with his family.
Henry is survived by his wife, Alma Dugger, sister, Barbara Jean Dugger; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and many friends.
