Phillip Eugene Kerr, 68, passed away on December 20, 2017 at his residence. He was born on April 25, 1949 to the late George and Nancy Kerr.
Phillip is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Betty Ann Lyles Kerr; daughter Dawn Kerr Stanley, son Phillip Scott Kerr (Haley Bortzer); three grandchildren Paige, Carson, and Lilly; two sisters, one brother, and many other relatives and friends.
A graveside service will be on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 3:00 p.m.at Christ Episcopal Church in Gladys, Va.
