Preston Edward Bryant, 78, of Lynchburg died on November 21, 2015 at his residence.
Born February 15, 1937 in Madison Heights, the son of the late Aubrey & Essie Bryant. He was preceded in death by his in-laws, Carl and Frances Dews.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sandria Dews Bryant; three children, Laura (Mike) Molsky, Larry (Mary) Feys of Germantown, MD, and Sherry (Glenn) Hartman of Lynchburg; and 3 grandchildren, Kyle and Shannon Molsky and Meredith Feys.
Special thanks to Gentle Shephard Hospice, especially Tammy Moore and Ann Shelton, for their compassion and excellent care of Preston.
The family will receive friends at the home of their daughter and son-in-law, Sherry and Glenn.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, November 25, 2015 in the Chapel of Tharp Funeral Home, 220 Breezewood Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24502, with Rev. D. Jack Hamilton officiating.
