He died at his home March 13 at 10 o’clock with loved ones near. He will be forever loved and missed.
Born to the late R.B. and Hannah Dalton Dickerson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters, Serena K. Dickerson and Lynn D. White and son- in- law Danny Lookadoo.
He is survived by his wife, Judy of 63 years; twin daughters, May Lookadoo and Fay Lee and husband, Jim; grandchildren, Travis, Brandon and Sable and great-granddaughter, Claudia.
He loved his family and was a valued friend to many. He was well blessed with a mechanical mind. He was an employee of Rubatex Co. for 46 years with various positions. He is a member of God’s Family now.
Memorial Contributions in R. B.’s memory may be made to the Suck Spring Baptist Church Cemetery Fund or St. Jude’s Research Hospital.
A graveside service will be conducted at 12 noon on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at Suck Spring Baptist Church Cemetery with Tee Key officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford.
