Randall Scott Rice, 44, of Forest, passed away on, Thursday, December 31, 2015. He was the loving husband of Berri Janine Anderson Rice.
Born October 2, 1971 in Bedford, he was a son of Rosalita Branch Rice and the late Roger Lee Rice, Sr. Randall is also preceded in death by one brother: Rodney Orlando Rice.
Randall was an avid hunter; he enjoyed fishing and camping out with his family. He was a member of Sedalia Baptist Church.
Randall is also survived by his son: Jared Mitchell Rice and wife, Elizabeth; daughter: Laina Janine Rice; brothers: Roger Lee Rice, Jr. and Elsie Johnson; Ralph Edwin Rice and wife, Sherry; sister: Rebecca Louise Rice and Jason Nicely; and many beloved nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Randall was a gentle, kind man that cherished his family.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 5, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Tharp Funeral Home, Bedford.
A funeral service will be held, at Sedalia Baptist Church, Wednesday, January 6, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. conducted by Rev. Mike Jones. Interment will follow at Hunting Creek Baptist Church.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Bedford is assisting the family.
