Rebecca Ann Rumsmoke, 59, of Lynchburg, died Monday, December 5, 2017.
Becky was born on December 21, 1957 in Lynchburg a daughter of the late Dale Conrad Rumsmoke and Jacqueline Lovell Rumsmoke. Becky worked at Liberty University and was an active member of the Moose Lodge #715, Chapter #1335 where she helped raise money for needy children and senior citizens. She attended Thomas Road Baptist Church.
She is survived by her brother David Rumsmoke (Kim) of Evington, two nephews, Christopher and David Lee Rumsmoke, three nieces, Kayla Foster (Steven), Ariel Hawley (Tim), and Nichole Leonard (Chad) and all her Moose family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg.
A graveside service will be held privately at Spring Hill Cemetery at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Moose Heart & Moose Haven Endowment Fund, Moose Lodge #715, 2307 Lakeside Dr. Lynchburg, VA 24501.
