Rena Feenstra Kramer, 94, of Lynchburg, VA, died Monday, March 05, 2012. She was the wife of the late William Hoge Kramer.
Mrs. Kramer was born Sunday, July 15, 1917 in Grand Rapids, MI, the daughter of the late Rein Feenstra and Afke VanDijk Feenstra . Rena was owner and operator of \"The Wood Shed\" in Medina, Ohio, and was a member of West Park Christian Reformed Church, Cleveland, Ohio, before moving to Lynchburg in 1978.
Rena is survived by a daughter: Marjorie Huiner and her husband, Harvey, of Lynchburg; three grandchildren: Joan Ranzini and her husband, Joe, of Waynesboro, David Huiner and his wife, Sherry, of Marietta, GA, and Ellen J. Peterson, of Lynchburg. Six great-grandchildren: Christopher, Gayle, David, Lexie, Gregory and Jim also survive.
The family will receive friends from 7:00- 8:30pm today, March 8, 2012 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. A celebration of Rena's life will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, March 9, 2012 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Dennis Roberts officiating. Inurnment will be in Cleveland, Ohio at a later date.
