Richard Arvin Harrison, 70, of Moneta, passed away, Monday, October 27, 2014. Born July 8, 1944 in Bedford; he was a son of the late Richard E. Harrison and Mary Ellis Harrison.
Richard proudly served his country in the US Army and Army National Guard. He was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church. Richard enjoyed riding motorcycles, he was mechanically inclined and loved working on things with his hands. He loved airplanes and loved to fly. Mostly, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
In addition to his parents, Richard is preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Earl Harrison. He is survived by wife, Carolyn Sue Goff Harrison; children, Danny R. Harrison, Sr, and fianc
