Richard Kearney Cooksey, 62, of Lynchburg, passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2016.

A celebration of Richard’s life will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. at First Presbyterian Church, with a visitation to follow in the narthex.
