Richard Henry Millner

Richard Henry Millner, 59, of Rustburg, Virginia passed away on November 14, 2023.  He was the son of the late Cabell and Effie Millner, and the loving husband of Debbie Lawhorne Millner.

He was born on September 9, 1964, in Danville, Virginia.

Richard was a member of Christian Chapel. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and his fur babies.   

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Chad Millner and Savannah Millner; step-children, Anna Lawhorne and Zach Lawhorne; grandchildren, Adysyn, Oakley, and Carter Lawhorne; siblings, Joe Millner (Genise) and JJ Millner; and many loving friends in the community and in the towing family.

A memorial service will be held at Tharp Funeral Home on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 3:00 PM.  In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Campbell County Humane Society.
