Robert Dale Stinnette

Robert D. “Bobby” Stinnette “Flaps”, 55 of Lynchburg went home to be with God on June 9, 2014.
Born in Lynchburg, VA; he was the son of the late Wiley M. Stinnette and Elsie Ann and Oscar Barrett. In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Gary Stinnette and wife, Deloma; one sister, Vicky Vaughan and husband, Terry; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and a very special friend, Jennifer Coleman.
Anyone who knew Bobby “Flaps” knew he loved fishing, hunting, and especially his family. He left a place in everyone’s heart and he will be greatly missed.
A service celebrating Bobby’s life will be held Monday, June 16, 2014 at 2 PM at Tharp Funeral Home. Friends may call other times at the family’s residence.
