Robert Lee Scott, Sr. 58, died on August 14, 2020. He was born on December 31, 1961, in Lynchburg.
He was an upholster but could do anything, some would say a jack of all trades.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Scott and Shirley Davis Fears.
Along with the mother of his children, Kim Scott, he is survived by a daughter, Jennifer Williams and her husband, John Witt; and a son, Robert Scott Jr.; seven grandchildren, Makayla Crews, Nathan Crews, Landen Crews, Kurt Mitchell, Haiven Scott, Jase Witt-Williams, and Paisley Williams; a sister, Marti Maddox, her husband Tim, and their two children; a brother, Charles Scott and his two children; and a uncle, Raymond Davis and his wife, Hope; and a host of uncles, aunts and other relatives.
The family will receive friends at Tharp Funeral Home, Madison Heights on Thursday, August 20, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 P.M.
A celebration of Robert’s life will be held at Tharp Funeral Home, Madison Heights on Friday, August 21, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park.
