Robert Lyn Hite passed away on December 25, 2016, at home.
Robert was preceded in death by his parents, Donald B. Hite, Sr. and Evelyn B. Hite; and his brother, Donald B. Hite Jr.
He is survived by his sister, Donna H. Clark and her husband, Norman; his nephew, Norman Clark, Jr.; his nieces, Laurie C. Agnew, Lisa Lyman and her husband, Andrew, and Christy Tolbert and her husband, Richard; and his great-nieces and nephews, Jackson, Braedon, Gavin, Cassidy, Logan, Nathan, Becca, Matthew, Blake, and Anna.
A graveside service will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery on Friday, December 30, 2016, at 11 a.m. with Chaplain Wayne Lanham officiating.
Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory, Lynchburg, is assisting the family.
