Roger Wayne Andrews
Roger Wayne Andrews, 60, of Bedford, passed away Sunday, June 30, 2013. Born February 5, 1953 in Bedford County; he was a son of late Edison James Andrews and Ethel N. Lovell.
He was an Oakland Raiders football fan and a Jeff Gordon racing fan. He loved watching TV, softball, and a good cold one.
In addition to his parents, Roger was also preceded in death by a brother, Doug Andrews and a sister, Christine Andrews. He is survived by brothers, Jerry Andrews and wife Darlene, James Andrews, William Andrews, David Andrews and wife Angela, Frank Andrews, and Robert Andrews; sisters, Shirley Hoback and husband Brooks and Mary Berry; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Kay Andrews.
A graveside service will be conducted 12:30 pm, Wednesday, July 3, 2013 in Holy Land Cemetery with Rev. Donnie G. Glass officiating. Prior to the service, the family will receive friends at Tharp Funeral Home from 11:00 am \"" 12:00 noon.
