Ronald Fitzgerald Oulds, Sr.

Ronald Fitzgerald Oulds Sr., 61, of Madison Heights, Virginia, passed away on January 18, 2024.

Born in Lynchburg, Virginia, on June 30, 1962, Ronald attended Brookville High School in Campbell County, Virginia and then served in the United States Navy. For the last 38 years, he worked diligently at US Pipe (formerly Griffin Pipe,) leaving a mark of dedication and reliability.

Known as ‘The Big O,’ he found immense pride in his work, and he cherished the moments spent with family and friends. He loved listening to music, and he loved to dance. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by those fortunate enough to have shared his life.

The son of the late Steven and Geraldine Oulds, Ronald is survived by his children: Delontay (Amy), Arsenio, Chinaka, Ronald II (Monee), his grandchildren: Shawndez, Ryan, Demonja, Devontay, Mia, Amarli, Arsenio Junior, Ronald III, and Ra’miya, his great grandchildren: Shae’lynn and Ziarion, his siblings: Douglas, Pamela (Michael), and Steven III, a niece, Kristen, devoted friends: Cassius Clay, Patricia Davis, and Penny Buford, six aunts, and a host of cousins and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2024, at 1 p.m. at Mt. Evergreen Baptist Church with Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
