Rose Virginia Villarial Jackson

Rose Virginia Jackson Villarial, 83, of Bedford, passed away on Thursday, February 25, 2016. She was born in Washington, DC on November 28, 1932, a daughter of the late Richard Edward Jackson and Estelle Virginia Dickerson Jackson. In addition to her parents Rose was preceded in death by a son, Daniel Armond Villarial, Jr.; a daughter, Beverly Ann Villarial; three brothers, Richard Edward Jackson, Jr., Russell Jackson, Lawrence Jackson also her sister, Barbara Hamilton.Rose was a member of the Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Rose loved babies especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid gardener who loved all flowers, traveling, going to the beach, the outdoors, family trips and her family heritage. She was loved by so many and will be missed dearly by all that knew her.Rose is survived by her loving husband of 65 years, Daniel Armond Villarial Sr.; four children, , Elaine Rose Watts and her husband, Thomas, Frederic James Villarial and his fiancée, Shannon Fitzgerald, Karen Clingempeel and her husband Richard, Diane Guitron and her husband, Paul; 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; one brother, Donald Jackson also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.For those wishing to make memorial contributions in Rose’s memory please consider Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, 1307 Oakwood St. Bedford, VA 24523. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 4:00 and 6:00 until 7:45 pm on Sunday, February 28, 2016 with a Rosary to begin at 7:45 pm at Holy Name of Mary Catholic church in Bedford. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 am, Monday, February 29, 2016 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic church with Father Salvador Añonuevo officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Bedford.
